Transparent methodology
A calculation you can explain line by line.
No opaque scoring and no AI guessing. Every line follows a visible, conservative formula you can reconcile against payroll and the applicable wage determination.
Use actual inputs
Enter the hours, wage rates, fringe rates, and documented insurance/tax rates tied to the affected work.
Calculate the delta
The wage baseline is the greater of the actual old wage paid and the old required wage—helping avoid double-counting.
Export the support
Download a line-item CSV, copy a plain-language summary, or print a clean review schedule for your file.
Always confirm the controlling language.

Questions before you calculate
This tool is built for planning and claim preparation—not for deciding legal entitlement.
What does the estimate include?
The increase in required wages and fringe benefits, plus user-entered payroll tax and workers’ compensation rates applied to the recoverable wage increase.
Why enter the actual old wage paid?
If you were already paying above the old minimum, some or all of the new required wage may already be covered. The calculator uses the higher baseline to avoid overstating the estimate.
Does this guarantee a contract price increase?
No. Entitlement, timing, documentation, and the final amount depend on the exact contract, clause version, wage determination, actual incurred costs, and contracting officer review.
Where is my data stored?
The calculator runs in your browser and saves the workspace locally on your device. It does not upload your contract data to a project database.
